Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period — this prevents excess deposits in a moment of impulse.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for each gaming session. When the set time is up, v7778 will alert you and the session will end automatically. This is effective for managing the habit of playing for long periods.
Time-Out Feature
Need a break for a few days? Using the time-out option, you can temporarily disable your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in will be completely impossible.
Self-Exclusion
Use the self-exclusion option for a long-term break. It applies from 6 months up to permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, no promotional emails will be sent and you will need to contact the support team to reopen your account.
Spending Tracking & History
View the full history of all your bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. Analyze your spending patterns and make informed decisions. Transparent transaction history is a core principle of v7778.
Support & Guidance
If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, contact our 24/7 live chat or email ([email protected]). Our trained team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English.
21+ Age Verification
To open an account and bet at v7778, users must be at least 21 years old. Protecting minors is one of our highest priorities.
We verify age at the time of registration. If there is any doubt, additional identity documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
It is recommended to use reliable parental control software to block betting sites on shared computers or phones. v7778 always stands for the protection of families and children.
How to Recognise Signs of Addiction
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to be cautious:
- Betting more to try to win back lost money
- Hiding betting from family or friends
- Going beyond your set budget
- Betting on credit or borrowing money from others
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to bet
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Being unable to stop once you start playing
If these signs appear, do not delay — contact our support team or activate the self-exclusion option.
